What roles can I hire through FIFTH Digital?
Full-stack and front-end developers, UI/UX and motion designers, paid ads and SEO specialists, content writers, video editors, virtual assistants, social media managers and project managers. New role categories are added regularly.
Can specialists work in our hours?
Yes. We match specialists to your working hours, and most clients ask for four to six hours of overlap with Mountain, Eastern or Pacific time. We handle the scheduling.
How are specialists vetted?
Three stages: an English-fluency interview with FIFTH Digital, a portfolio review and reference checks. You then interview the shortlist yourself before deciding.
What if a specialist isn't the right fit?
Tell us within the first 30 days and we replace them at no cost. After that you can request a replacement with 14 days' notice, and we absorb the recruiting and onboarding cost.
Can they work directly with our clients?
If you want. Many agency clients have specialists work with end clients under their own brand; others keep them internal. You decide on day one.
